A laparoscopic hysterectomy is a minimally invasive surgical procedure to remove the uterus. A small incision is made in the belly button and a tiny camera is inserted. The surgeon watches the image from this camera on a screen and performs the operative procedure.


Laparoscopic Myomectomy is a surgical procedure of removing fibroids through small abdominal incisions. Laparoscopic Myomectomy is suggested and advised for those who experience problems due to fibroids.

Adenomyoma is due to the endometrial cells proliferating on the surface of the uterus .It makes the uterine wall thickened or at times they coalesce to form a circumscribed mass on the body of the uterus . Same can be removed laparoscopically like myoma excision


Ovarian Cystectomy is surgery to remove a cyst from your ovary. Laparoscopic surgery is a minimally invasive surgery technique that only uses a few small incisions in your lower abdomen. ( Dermod cyst / Mucinous cyst / endometriotic cyst etc are the common ones )


Laparoscopic tubal recanalization is a minimally invasive surgery for tubal reconstruction. Tubal sterilized can be reversed thus your chances for natural conception open and wide . Worry not if you have underwent a tubal sterilization it can be reversed !


A technique adopted for young women having complaints of prolapsed uterus .Its a boon for young women who are nulliparous ( not completed their family ). A laparoscope (a thin, telescope-type tube with a camera) and other instruments are passed through the incisions. A piece of surgical mesh is attached to the front and back walls of the vagina and then to the sacrum to suspend the top of the vagina or the cervix back into its normal position


It involves placement of laparoscopic cervical stitch in women with previous failed vaginal cerclage. Ideal for women with history of recurrent pregnancy loss due to cervical incompetence

Endometriosis is the presence of endometrial glands or stroma in sites other than the uterine cavity and is associated with pain and subfertility. Surgical interventions aim to remove visible areas of endometriosis and restore the anatomy.


Post hysterectomy ladies still complain of mass per vaginum and that is due to the laxixity of the vault . It can be fixed and stregthened laparoscopically .


Ovarian torsion is indeed a common occurrence. One of the reason it happens is due to the unusual length of the ovarian ligament . Thus for a lady who has had a history of torsion though reversed can have it another time if the anatomical cause attributied to it remains unchanged .
